Balance Advocate is willing to accept rates other than those published on a case by case basis.
COMMERCIAL RATE: $195.00/Hour 2-party cases | Complex Cases $250-$400/Hour
DOMESTIC RATE: $150/HOUR*
*Balance Advocate honors the Colorado Judiciary's Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR) rate of $75/hour per party or $150/hour.
